Adam Gragg is a life coach and mental health professional. He has been in the counseling and coaching field since 1998. Adam specializes in anxiety, career coaching, marriage and family counseling, helping those with depression, and adolescent boys over age 12. Adam often utilizes a cognitive behavioral and solution focused approach. Adam is goals focused and results oriented and is committed to providing quality therapeutic services that are individualized and effective for each client. He a trained facilitator of PREP (Preventative Relationship Enhancement Program) and certified in PREPARE premarital assessments. He has completed the specialized Level 1 training of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. He is a licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist.

Adam is a corporate trainer and consultant. Over the past 10 years he has spoken to 70+ local, regional, and nationwide companies on a variety of topics. He is frequently asked to speak on how to live with clarity and purpose, stress coping skills, how to have excellent relationships at work. Adam has consulted with over 50 companies on handling challenging situations with employees, creating a positive work culture, and corporate wellness.

Adam earned a B.S. degree in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon and an M.S. Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. He is a Board Certified Life Coach (BCC) and a certified life coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation.
