
Adam Gragg is a family therapist, life & career coaching, and speaker. Since 1998 he’s worked in the counseling/life coaching field working with thousands of clients. He loves helping clients find clarity and life direction. Adam specializes in anxiety, depression, life & career transitions, adolescent challenges, and family counseling. He utilizes a coaching, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused approach. He is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, ACT, career transitions, and is a certified life coach. He is a trained facilitator of PREP (Preventative Relationship Enhancement Program) and PREPARE premarital assessments and has training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Adam provides corporate development and speaking. Over the past 10 years he has spoken to 100+ local, regional, and nationwide companies on a variety of topics. He is frequently asked to speak on how to live with clarity and purpose, stress coping skills, how to have excellent relationships at work. Adam has consulted with over 50 companies on creating a positive work culture and corporate wellness.
Adam earned a B.S. degree in Finance & Management from the University of Oregon and an M.S. Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. He is a Board Certified Life Coach (BCC) and a Certified Life Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation.
