Director of Business Development

Decide Your Legacy is looking for a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Development leader to support our Founder & CEO, Adam Gragg. Adam is a coach and family therapist with more than 25 years of experience guiding leaders and businesses toward clarity, courage, and purpose. His authentic, practical style—paired with a grounded sense of humor—helps people create real, lasting change.

In this role, you’ll be the operational anchor for Adam, keeping things running smoothly, managing logistics, platforms, and special projects, and ensuring he can focus on leading the business, coaching, speaking, and guiding clients. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, initiative, and being a trusted partner.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and engage business development opportunities
• Coordinate marketing events and campaigns
• Lead generation (qualify, engage, set up discoveries)
• Handle data entry, website updates, and CRM management
• Sales of DYL services and products: Shatterproof Yourself
• Support special projects: Legacy Jar, Legacy Journal
• Lead the onboarding process of new clients
• Manage product sales, Google reviews, and client testimonials
• Maintain smooth operations of our office and digital platforms
• Manage Kajabi, including updates and content management

 Must-Haves:

• Process-oriented and detail-oriented
• Highly organized & self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable managing multiple platforms (Mac, MS Office, Kajabi, Pipedrive)
• Motivated to reach out to businesses and leaders to explore opportunities
• Skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and keeping projects on track
• Collaborative, thoughtful, and adaptable
• Excited to take initiative and be a key support for a fast-moving business
